For pest control and lawn care companies

Your techs already see the upsell. Now your office closes it.

A 30-second dictation beside the truck becomes a customer note — and every condition the tech found but didn't treat lands in your office pipeline with the tech's name on it. The app never sells to the homeowner. Your office does.

We're building Redtail Rise with a small group of pest control and lawn care companies. Leave your email and you'll hear from us when it opens up — nothing else. See planned pricing

An add-on, not a replacement. The note pastes into Jobber, FieldRoutes, GorillaDesk, PestPac, ServiceTitan, Service Autopilot — whatever you run today. Nothing to migrate.

A visit, start to close

Under 30 seconds beside the truck. Then the office takes over.

Techs make 15 to 20 stops a day. The note gets done standing in the yard, gloves on, in the sun, one hand — before the truck door closes on the way to the next address.

Step 1 · Dictate

Say what you did and what you saw.

One recording fills in today's service and every finding. "Did the quarterly, carpenter ants by the garage, brown circles in the back lawn" is enough.

Step 2 · Confirm

Untreated
Brown circles in the back lawn
Which is it?
Brown patchDollar spot

Each finding is its own card.

Tap a name, add a photo, or answer a question or two. Mark Treated only where you did the work. Every settled card says how it got its name — picked, answered, from the photo — and Change is one tap.

Step 3 · Copy the note

Hendricks — Quarterly perimeter
We treated the exterior perimeter for carpenter ants today. We noticed brown patch across the back lawn… More about brown patch: redtailrise.app/c/brown-patchCopied

Short, plain, ready to paste.

One sentence per finding, a link to a public page about the condition, and the name of the service you offer for it. Copy, paste into your route software, next stop.

Step 4 · The office calls

Brown patch · Hendricks
Flagged by Marcus R. · transcript and photo attached
Contacted

The untreated finding is now a lead.

It shows up in the office pipeline the moment the tech approves the note. Someone at a desk makes the call, knowing exactly what was seen.

The office

Every flag becomes a lead with a name on it.

Nothing the tech saw gets lost in a truck cab. The office works a pipeline, not an inbox — and every won dollar is attributed to the technician who flagged it.

Quiet for 7 days? It asks for a call.

Leads nobody has touched in a week surface at the top, so a good flag doesn't die of neglect.

What the tech said rides along.

The transcript, the photo and the candidate names open with the lead — whoever calls knows exactly what was seen.

Won dollars roll up to ROI.

By technician, by condition, by month. The owner sees what the app is worth on one screen.

The technician flags. The note informs. A human sells.

The customer note names your service and carries a price only if you turn that on. It says what the tech saw and links to a plain page about it. Selling happens on the phone, from your office, by someone whose job it is.

Why the note can be trusted

Treated is not Observed.

The same finding writes two very different sentences, and the app will not let them blur. A note that implies work that wasn't done misrepresents a licensed service — so this is enforced in code, not in training.

We noticed brown patch across the back lawn. It thins the turf as it spreads through warm, humid stretches. Our Lawn disease program covers it. More about brown patch: redtailrise.app/c/brown-patch

An observed condition never gets a past-tense action verb. Not treated, sprayed, removed or handled. Every note is assembled from your services and the conditions library first; a model may reword it only behind a sentence-by-sentence check against the facts. The untreated finding becomes a lead instead.

Every word the app writes is checked

No chemical names, no EPA numbers, no promises like "eliminate" or "guaranteed". A price only if you turn it on, and only your own list price. Your own wording goes out exactly as you wrote it.

Works where coverage doesn't

The visit screen opens without signal. Recordings and photos are kept on the phone and the note is sent the moment a bar comes back. Nothing a tech says is lost.

A library we keep for you

314 conditions today, each with a plain-language public page the note links to. We write and review every entry, and what your techs find in the field feeds the next one. Your services and prices stay yours to set.

What Redtail Rise does not do

Four things it will never do to your customers.

Your company's name goes on every note. These are the lines the product holds so that yours stays clean.

It never messages your customers.

The note is copied and pasted into your own tools, so you are always the sender. The one email Redtail Rise sends per visit goes to your office, after the tech approves the note.

It never sells in the note.

The note names the service you offer for a condition. A price appears only if you turn that on, and only your own list price. Offers and follow-up stay with your office.

It never invents the science.

Every note is assembled from a 314-condition library we curate and review — never from a model's imagination. A model may reword it only behind a sentence-by-sentence fact-check, and a draft that fails never ships.

It never guesses a name.

A finding gets two or three names to tap, a few questions to answer, or it is parked for the library team to research. The tech is never stuck, and nothing is settled silently.

Questions owners ask

Straight answers.

How does this make money for my company?

Your techs' untreated findings become leads in your office pipeline, with the tech's name on them. Your office closes them by phone. Won dollars roll up to an ROI screen by technician, condition and month, so you can see what the tool paid for.

Will my techs have to sell?

No. They record what they did and what they saw, mark Treated where they did the work, and copy the note. Price and sales pressure never reach the tech's side of the visit, and the note never asks the customer for anything.

Who works the leads?

Whoever closes for you today — an office manager, a salesperson, the owner. Each lead opens with the condition, the customer, the tech who saw it, the transcript and the photo.

Do I have to switch software?

No. Redtail Rise is an add-on. The tech copies the finished note and pastes it wherever notes live in Jobber, FieldRoutes, GorillaDesk, PestPac, ServiceTitan or Service Autopilot. Direct sync is on the roadmap, not in the product today.

What if the AI gets it wrong?

It is built not to guess. A finding it can't pin down gets two or three names to tap or a few questions to answer, and a name the library doesn't have is parked for research rather than forced. Every settled card says how it got its name, and Change is one tap. The tech reads every note before it is copied.

Does it work without signal?

The visit screen opens without signal, and recordings and photos are kept on the phone. Writing the note needs a connection, so it goes out the moment a bar comes back. Nothing the tech said is lost.
